PRADA To Employees: Fu*k Y’all Fat Ugly OLD Hoes… Is This What They Think Is Hot?
The models in some of Prada’s ad campaigns look downright scary, but yet one of the label’s retail managers alleges she was told to get rid of employees who were “old, fat, ugly, disgusting or not having the Prada look”. Details under the hood.
Rina Bovrisse, a senior retail manager, who oversaw 500 staff in 40 stores across Japan, has launched a discrimination and harassment case against the Italian fashion label in Tokyo’s industrial tribunal courts.
Her allegations focus on an incident in May last year when she claims that Davide Sesia, the CEO of Prada Japan, allegedly asked her to “eliminate” around 15 managerial staff he described as “old, fat, ugly, disgusting or not having the Prada look,” following a tour of 40 stores.
Immediately after his demands, human resources reportedly notified 13 members of staff with devotional transfer orders due to poor sales, according to Ms Bovrisse, who disclosed details of the case in a Japan Times interview.
Ms Bovrisse alleges that she herself was later summoned to a meeting and informed that Mr Sesia reportedly wanted her to “change her hairstyle, to lose weight” because he was “ashamed of Ms Bovrisse’s ugliness, so he doesn’t want visitors from Italy to see her”.
Ms Bovrisse, who has 18 years experience working in the international fashion industry, was placed on involuntary leave last November and launched her legal case the following month.
Describing why she had launched the claim, Ms Bovrisse said: “My responsibility is to protect hard-working women and make sure their working environment is safe.”
SMH… Forget the Devil Wears Prada — seems more like the Devil IS Prada!!!
The fashion business is notoriously shallow so we can’t say we’re surprised by this, but what does this message send to Prada customers? Not everyone who wears Prada is young, beautiful and thin after all!

Howard Stern Is Not Done With “Precious”: “Just Let Her Go And She’ll Get Sick And Die!!!”
People are defending Gabourey Sidibe after the comments Howard Stern and his crew made the other day. Nevertheless, that didn’t stop Howard from speaking his mind even more. Gabby’s mother definitely not holding her tongue and has a few words for Mr. Stern.
Pop the Top for Howard Stern’s Ignorance and Whoopi Goldberg’s Comments:
Wow… Did Howard’s co-host just say “Let’s just let her go and she’ll get sick and die and we will never say a word”!!!
Here’s what Gabourey’s mother had to say about the situation on Inside Edition:
Get a life. He can see, you can see, I can see Gabby is a big girl. She’s a big woman, so what’s wrong with that? She’s not like everyone else in the world. I don’t see him giving jobs out to anybody, so why should we care what he says? He might not hire her, but someone else will.”

Sextra: Kink or Crossing the Line?
Happy Friday, Bossip Readers! In light of this week’s “Dear Bossip” post, we were compelled to do a little asking around about what’s too much in the bedroom. Kinky sex is necessary sometimes to keep things exciting, but there’s that ambiguous threshold that’s sometimes crossed when your partner takes things just a little too far. Blame it on the heat of the moment if you want, but it’s hard to recover from awkward “where did you learn that” or “why would you do that” bedroom moments. Of course, the best way to avoid such headaches is communication, but you’re never prepared for that moment until it arises. Again, it’s a matter of individual preference and it’s natural to test the sensual boundaries from time to time. So is it kinky or crossing the line? Take a look at what some folks had to say!
Spanking
I love it when my man grabs and smacks my booty. I like the feeling of being handled, especially when he’s getting it from the back and he’s got my hips clutched. Like the article said yesterday, I know he’s smacking it hard too but I can’t really feel it … it stings a little but it’s a good pain, I guess. I love getting tapped but I’m a hands only kind of girl. What I can’t get into is the whips and paddles … but I have been spanked with a hairbrush getting freaky in the bathroom! It was fun I didn’t mind it so much. Keisha, 26
I’m not getting spanked, I mean come on. But I’ll do it. Paddles and whips or whatever, not so much. Personally, I would feel slighted if a woman wanted me to use a paddle or whip on her because she’s then focused on a paddle and not me. Call me selfish but I want her to be focused on me, my hands or whatever else I decide smack that (booty) with. Marcus, 37
Bondage
I had this guy who was really into the ball gags and bondage roping. I thought that was something only white people do but he was really into it. It tripped me out because I wasn’t sure what to think about it. I said I wasn’t into it but he wanted me to tie him up, which was cool. But he really freaked me out when he wanted to be gagged with a ball that you strap to his mouth. And I thought I was freak! He freaked me under the table. That was just too much for me. Reese, 31
I’m going to tell you like this, I tried it once and that’s all I needed. Never again. I’ll cuff my lady and have my way with her because I like to be in control that way. Uh, but ropes and gag balls and masks are just too much. That’s not freaky that’s sick. I think when you get into that kind of thing it ruins the natural act of sex and intimacy. Cuffs and blindfolds, all day but I’m not with the heel that licking b.s. Bryan, 28
Choking
Now I was so against choking the man I’m seeing now put me onto it. He did it in a way that wasn’t too threatening. He’s an aggressive kind of man to begin with so when he did it the first time I was like ‘oh (snap). This is fun!’ I love it now and he chokes me all the time but not to a point where I can’t breathe. Like Mike Baisden says, ‘choke me ’till I’m woozy’ not ’till I pass out. Anita, 27
See I was into to the choking for a while until this one guy really scared me. And we were having pretty good sex up until that particular instance. We were into it and I said, you know, ‘choke me.’ Girl, his eyes lit up like it was Christmas and he choked me so hard and was saying, ‘take this (man part) like a (lady of the night)’ and ‘I knew you were a freak like me.’ But I was really turned off by this and never called him back. I know I asked for it, but I don’t want to be play raped either, you know? Michelle, 32
Dirty Talk
I’m okay with nasty talk. I like it when my boyfriend tells me to say his name or curses at me – I know it sounds crazy- but I love it when he curses and tell me what to do. It’s a mind game for me and I love to do what he tells me to do. Like when he says ‘put that (booty) up and (bang) this (man part’). That really turns me on. I love it! But no name calling! Ebony, 25
A woman can never say anything too freaky to me. Whatever she says, I like it! I don’t think women understand how nasty the mind of a man is. We love that super freaky (stuff) so please don’t be shy. You can moan it, scream it, shout it, whisper … I don’t care. Just make sure you put a ‘Daddy’ or ‘Papi’ at the end of that, and don’t forget to tell me who’s (lady part) it is. Is that too much to ask? I’ll do whatever your little freaky heart desires, it’s all about you baby. J.T., 32
Oral
Don’t gag me. I’m all for the hair pulling and deep throating and I’ll even let you finish. What I will not tolerate is you forcibly grabbing the back of my head and shoving your piece down my throat until I choke and gag. That is totally crossing the line and is completely disrespectful. Out of line. That’s just taking it too far and it’s a violation! Don’t like it. Reina, 28
Sweetheart, I am guilty of your complaint several times over. When you describe it that like, that’s pretty ruff. You don’t like that? That’s a part of the fun! To each her own, but open your mouth and say something! Okay, okay! I’m guilty of it. I hear you loud and clear. I’ll be better about that. Reina’s Boyfriend, 33
Have a wonderful weekend and please remember to e-mail all topic suggestions, feedback and questions to loveandrelationships@bossip.com!

A Georgia woman is in police custody after her relatives turned her into authorities for circumcising her 10-month-old daughter. Family members reported 35-year-old Melody Onyonyor to police after noticing that a piece of the child’s genitalia appeared missing during a diaper change.
A doctor examined the child at a local hospital and confirmed that there had been some kind of surgical removal of the infant’s clitoris.

Monica Sings Mariah Jawn to Rocko… “IT’S A WRAP!!!”
The poster child for all Hood couples, Monica and Rocko, are calling it quits. Apparently rumors have been floating around the internet about them breaking up and Monica has decided to address the situation:
I am going to do what I have always done. Focus on my children, my family & my career. Rock was put under a lot of harsh scrutiny during our entire relationship and I’m sure that was not easy.
However at this point our focus is being great parents. He is a great father to his children and, continuing forward, that is my only concern. With every breath in our bodies we will make sure that they feel as little pain as possible And continue to have the lives they had before with no attention dedicated to our separation. I will not be speaking on the subject further unless it is with God whom I believe does everything with reason. I love my children and their father and I’m truly grateful for those that loved and supported us through the good and the bad throughout the years.
Sounds like Rocko couldn’t handle being the house wife and while his fiancee was the bread-winner. Not so sure about Rocko’s career but Monica is on the rise again, wonder if this will affect her career???
In the meantime, enjoys this selection that we dedicate to Rocko from Monica:

In Guido News: Snooki Was Getting It In At The Club Last Night
BOSSIP was in the building for the official NJ launch of their new Hennessy Black liquor. While on the scene, we ran into Snooki who was a bit preoccupied making love in the club.
Check the flip for more details and pics of Angie Martinez, Alesha Renee and more.
Snooki doesn’t need much to help her get loose, but with plenty of Hennessy Black to keep the party going she and her boo Emillio Masella couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Radio personality Angie Martinez hosted the event and was a bit loose herself along with Alesha Renee who popped up out the blue.
Fabolous who was scheduled to be there was still on his divo steez and never showed up SMH. All in all we had a couple blame it on the alcohol moments thanks to Hennessy Black.

For Discussion: Athletes As Role Models…Yay or Nay??
We came across this interesting Newsweek article that breaks down the idea of why athletes should NOT be role models:
Steven Ortiz, a sociology professor at Oregon State and the author of several published studies on athletes’ bad behavior, explained:
“Spoiled-athlete syndrome begins early in sports socialization. From the time they could be picked out of a lineup because of their exceptional athletic ability, they’ve been pampered and catered to by coaches, classmates, teammates, family members and partners. As they get older, this becomes a pattern. Because they’re spoiled, they feel they aren’t accountable for their behaviors off the field. They’re so used to people looking the other way.”
But our sports-crazed society knew this long before Tiger became a wolf. Despite all the adulation and money they get, few professional athletes get elected to political office and fewer still inspire national holidays or granite monuments. I love the Dallas Cowboys but I wouldn’t let them date my friends. A fan’s love is intense but ultimately self-serving—we love athletes who win. But we’re not loony enough to give them any real power after they retire. Why then do so many columnists waste time complaining that athletes aren’t good role models? Who’s asking for that?
Sure, kids look up to sports heroes but that’s because children can’t help but conflate an athlete’s behavior on the field with all the hagiography their sponsors offer. When allegations of Woods’s cheating first became public, CNN reported that “A golfing phenomenon almost from the cradle, he inspired countless young people with his multicultural background and effortless athleticism. Nike, one of his major sponsors, seized on the theme for a commercial in which children of various ages and races uttered the phrase ‘I’m Tiger Woods.’ ” But only a child would believe that Nike loves Tiger for his multicultural background. Nike loves him because he wins.
Sports journalists should make it their mission to show sports fans our part in all this. The average nonfan is appalled by the alleged exploits of athletes like Ben Roethlisberger or Tiger Woods. But aside from Bryant Gumbel and his team over at HBO Sports, you don’t hear much from ESPN or Sports Illustrated about the dark side of this national obsession. More of them need to do just as Christopher Hitchens did here at NEWSWEEK when he wrote, in a piece about the Olympics, “Whether it’s the exacerbation of national rivalries that you want—as in Africa this year—or the exhibition of the most depressing traits of the human personality (guns in locker rooms, golf clubs wielded in the home, dogs maimed and tortured at stars’ homes to make them fight, dope and steroids everywhere), you need only look to the wide world of sports for the most rank and vivid examples.” So if we really want to create role models for our kids, why not start with ourselves? Because only children confuse sports stars with humanitarians; the rest of us know better.

Jesus Take The Wheel: Nine-Year-Old Boy Found Beaten And Starved, Forced To Eat His Own Feces
Last month the Sheriff in Louisiana’s Calcasieu Parish went to investigate a call concerning a nine-year-old boy, living with his father and stepmother in south Lake Charles. What he found was unbelievable. The child, only 38 pounds, had been deprived of meals, at times resorting to the unimaginable out of desperation.
Once inside the house the Sheriff observed a dog leash that was tied from one door knob to another to keep a nine year old boy weighing 38 pounds inside the room where he was laying on the only thing in the room, a filthy foam pallet on top of box springs covered with blood. On the pallet was a bloody and urine saturated sheet. The smell of urine was very strong in the room. The boy was dressed in a t-shirt, shorts and wearing a diaper with multiple bruises to his body and face.
The boy was taken to the hospital where he stayed for 13 days. It was determined at the hospital his body temperature was 92 ° which indicated he was in hypothermia due to malnutrition.
Further investigation revealed his stepmother, Jaime B. Day, 27, of Lake Charles, was depriving the child of food, not allowing him to eat with the family but forcing him to watch the family eat. It was also determined the boy would be so hungry at times he would eat his own feces and drink his own urine to survive.
There was a 2nd degree burn on the boy’s back caused by Day placing a sock containing rice that was heated up on his back.
Day has been charged with 25 counts of cruelty to a juvenile and 2 counts of 2nd degree cruelty to a juvenile. Judge David Ritchie set her bond at $5.5 million. She has been booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.
The father, Murry Dalton Day, 30, same address, is being charged with 5 counts of cruelty to a juvenile; and 1 counts of 2nd degree cruelty to a juvenile. Judge David Ritchie set his bond at $2 million. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. He is expected to turn himself into the Calcasieu Correctional Center today.
After examining the child, doctors have verified the injuries and the malnutrition are consistent with child abuse. Detectives have determined this abuse occurred from late last year until present.
There are two other children in the home – a 4 year old boy who is the biological child of the Day’s, and a 6 year old boy who is Jaime Day’s child and adopted by Murry Day. Those two children do not appear to have been abused. All three children have been removed from the home.
Six years ago, the biological mother of the 9 year old boy’s parental rights were terminated when the Office of Community Service determined physical abuse had occurred. Murry Day was given custody of the boy at that time.
CPSO Detective Michael Primeaux is the lead investigator on this case. The investigation is continuing with more arrests possible.
There are truly no words strong enough to describe the sick disgusting monsters who treat children worse than animals. We cannot comprehend how anyone could do this to an innocent child.
