Filled to capacity should be enough said about the crowd at You 2 Production and Deja Vu's set a couple Saturday's back. But I won't stop talking there, because there was much more to make note of on this night. For starters, the Aquarius birthday honorees were You 2's Smooth Bernard, Deja Vu's Suave Larry, Tky Man, Nate the lead singer of music group "Slave" and many many more. Is the Legendary Steve "Breeze" Brewer coming back to the DJ booth in the near future? According to Steppin' Greg, the answer is, "Yes." Steppin' Greg reached out to ChiStepper.com to inform us that Steve "Breeze" is scheduled to DJ Deja Vu's next set at Niko's on April 10th. It is Steppin' Greg's birthday set and he says that his buffet will be off the chain and Steppers should come if for no other reason than to eat.

Carl is actually a native of Suburban Chicago and the brother absolutely loves Steppin'. Carl knows that his music is popular with Steppers and loves performing in the Chi for this reason. We laughed and talked as Carl Thomas discussed coming up hanging in the 100's and more.

Hats off to Paradise Productions for giving a party that allowed the steppers to display and step in many varieties of hats. No announcements of removing your hat while on the dance floor, which gave the men a chance to show off those top hats that some love so much.
