When I first learned how to step I was taught the 6 count by Donnie Davis "1 & 2, 3, 4 Step 5, 6" and that gave me a good foundation. As my Steppin Style developed and I became more confident with my mechanics, I went to the 8 count with Monique Salter & Dominique Robinson and as I became more skilled I was able to smooth everything out with Keith Hubbard "Romancing the Dance 8 count." I am a Gemini, May 29th.
