Chicago's Largest Steppers Contest

Steppers don’t hang up your contest shoes just yet, the 5^th annual Chicago’s Largest Steppers Weekend is less than two weeks away. This year the contest will host the very first master’s competition featuring a battle between couples Ty Skippy & Celest, TaBoo & Nette, Lawrence Parker & Danielle, and Kirk & Sebrina White. The cash prizes for this contest total $7,000.

The categories for the contest include Beginners, Walkers, Original, and Old Skool. Once you win first place in the Chicago’s Largest contest, you are only allowed to compete in the Master’s from that point on. Along with a cash prize, Steppers in the Original Category win the Lil Mike & Lil Alfred Award, two large beautiful trophies.

The event will take place in the newly renovated Holiday Inn Matteson, and is now a 3 day event. Workshops will be provided by Tanya “Tee Tee” Nash, Taboo, and Nikee & Tori. Get the full details here:
