 J. R. Dunn ChiStepper stopped by 3 Deep’s packed set at the Burbank Manor for an awesome party put on by the group’s members, J. R. Dunn, Ron Miller, and Kevin "Doc" Dockery. Afterwards ChiStepper chatted with J. R. Dunn about their popular mid-party routine, and J. R. shared with us that they practice once a week for 3 weeks to get it perfect. Andre Blackwell, a choreographer in his own right, said he was watching with a keen eye to see if any of the members got off beat, but praised the group on a flawless presentation. What has always intrigued me is how they get their jackets to just slide down their arms when they’re taking them off. J. R. said the secret is to pop the jacket open first then let it slide down the arms. J. R. has won God knows how many best-dressed competitions, so he knows the ins and outs of wearing a suit.
